New Toys

511904406605_0_bg.jpgSummer has arrived in Gig Harbor and we decided that the kids did not have enough toys to keep them busy in the warm (but, thankfully, relatively mild) weather. So, we decided that our money was better spent on removing our trampoline and filling it in with sand than to pay for emergency room visits related to said trampoline. After 175 trips down our driveway and through our backyard to fill in a hole that was 15′ wide and four feet deep, we now have what we like to call “The World’s Largest Sandbox” (with “World” referring more to the world of tinkleflick…we don’t want to get sued by someone who has a larger sandbox). As seems to be the case with home service vendors in this area, Tony from Harbor Point Excavating not only did a great job but became a new friend to the kids. Tony not only contributed to our fleet of trucks but took the kids on a ride on the Bobcat (shhhh…don’t tell his insurance company) and allowed Noah to hire himself on as a volunteer worker. Stay tuned for some video that we hope to post soon as well as the full June photo album. For now, check out the pictures of the World’s Largest Sandbox!
