We know that frequent visitors to tinkleflick.com have been frustrated lately since there has not been any new content since March! Well, that’s because Ralph’s geeky obsessions come and go in phases and he has particularly distracted with a number of projects recently.
So, we thought that we’d bring you up to date all at once…here it goes:
The California Department of Real Estate Broker Examination. Ralph studied for, took and passed the DRE Broker Examination in April which consumed almost all available spare time for about a month or so. The result: Ralph is one of California’s newest real estate brokers and experienced some interesting people watching at the same time. Watch for more news on what he’s doing with his new license.
The Workshop. Neat handwriting and anal retentive perfectionist obsessions are perfect skills for drawing a scale site map of the property necessary to obtain building permits from the City of Long Beach. Interestingly, the people who work in the Zoning and Planning Departments are remarkably friendly and helpful. Construction starts within a few weeks, so watch for more news on the progress of that project.
Ralph is currently hard at work on a new custom financial management software system which should be up-and-running soon and then he will turn his attention to the construction of the workshop and the new tinkleflick.com which, if there is time, will debut with the new baby…we’ll see…
